Choral Evensong

& Organ Recital

Chamber Choir of the Church of the Redeemer

Michael S. Murray, Choirmaster & Organist

The choir will be performing the music of Orlando Gibbons and William Smith as well as Gregorio Allegri’s famous “Miserere Mei.”  Michael Murray’s recital will include works by Jean Langlais and Franz Liszt. 

Admission is free, with wine & cheese reception to follow. Celebrating 20 years of the Noack Organ, each Evensong of this series will conclude with a brief recital by an acclaimed Boston organist.

Song of the Soul: The Psalms in Ordinary Life

 

 

 

Join us for 75 minutes of study, conversation and prayer as we look at the Psalms of the Old Testament, their significance in the work and teaching of Jesus, and their power in daily life.  There is always great coffee and warm fellowship.
